SMS Terms & Conditions

How and why TaxRezo texts you, and how to stop at any time.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

By opting in to receive text messages from TaxRezo ("TaxRezo," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below. This program is separate from any call consent you may have given — texting and calling each require their own opt-in.

What you'll receive

TaxRezo sends SMS messages related to your tax relief inquiry and case, which may include:

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your engagement with us and the status of your case — typically 1–4 messages per week. It may be higher while your case is actively moving.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. TaxRezo does not charge you for these messages directly.

How to opt out

You can cancel text messages from TaxRezo at any time. Reply with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT

After you send one of these keywords, you'll receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. If you'd like to start receiving messages again, reply START or opt back in through our website.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us directly:

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Coverage and delivery are not guaranteed on every network.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
